When selecting a model, three key dimensions need to be considered:
Structural strength: The thickness of the profile wall directly affects wind pressure resistance; for residential use, a thickness of no less than 1.4mm is recommended.
Sealing system: Check the material of the sealing strips and the drainage design; EPDM strips are more durable than PVC.
Insulation configuration: The width of the insulation strip in the 75 series thermally broken aluminum directly affects the insulation effect.
Special note: For the same type of aluminum alloy labeled "thermally broken," those using an injection molding process offer more than 30% better insulation performance than ordinary strip-type aluminum.
